SGA’s Great American Smoke Out. 11am-3pm. CF Quad. Every year, on the third Thursday of November, smokers across the nation take part in the American Cancer Society Great American Smokeout event. Join SGA and encourage someone you know to use the date to make a plan to quit. By quitting – even for 1 day – smokers will be taking an important step toward a healthier life and reducing their cancer risk.

We will discuss: admissions, placement testing, advising, registration, tuition & fees and payment options (including financial aid). Students can also start their preparation for the next semester starting in January. This program is ideal for adult learners students who are interested in NOVA and have not started or completed all of the steps above.
