Rosaelena A. O'Neil
Rosie O’Neil is the Deputy Director of the Landegger Program in International Business Diplomacy in the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University. In her role she develops partnerships and operationalizes complex multi-stakeholder initiatives such as the Global Business Fellows Program and the Wallenberg International Fellows Program. She is an academic and career coach working with students training to intersect their major course of study with careers in global business and policy. Trained at the Institute for Transformational Leadership, Rosie is also a leadership coach and facilitator.
She has a long public service career in education advocacy currently serving as the Vice Chair of the Northern Virginia Community College Board and on the National Board of Community College Trustees. Rosie is a graduate of the Georgetown University and the Harvard Business School. Prior to returning to Georgetown, she served on the National Security Council and in the U.S. Treasury and worked at JPMorgan in strategy and financial advisory. Born in Argentina, and raised in Bolivia, Rosie lives in Arlington, VA. She is a native Spanish speaker. She is married to Tom O’Neil and has two grown children.
