TRiP Student Eligibility
Applicants are accepted from those with a variety of backgrounds including: those with a 4-year college degree, or an associate degree, or work experience, as well as those possessing a basic knowledge in computer usage and who are desirous of making a career change into Information Technology. Candidates must also be eligible to work in the U.S. for any employer.

Foreign Nationals, Please Note
NOVA does not issue I-20's for the TRiP program, and all prospective students must have permission to work in the United States for any employer upon acceptance to the program. The intention of the TRiP program is to train students for long-term employment by IT companies in the Washington Metropolitan area. Holders of non- immigrant status have stated an intention to return to their home countries; and therefore, training for long-term employment in the United States is not
