Mike Eaton - Information Technology Specialist

Mike has worked full-time for NVCC for five years. He started his employment with the Woodbridge Campus in the Fall Semester of 1998 as a student and working as a P-14 (part-time) for the Administrative Support Technology Department.

Through the years, he has progressed to an Information Technology Specialist for the campus. “I am all over the campus. One minute I will be working on a task in one of the classrooms or network security lab, then off to a division or in one of the communication rooms working on the campus servers, keeping the campus network functional. I enjoy working at our off-site locations at Quantico Marine Corps Base and Ft. Belvoir. The college has come a long way with support and services that we provide to the military, and to know I helped make that a reality is a great feeling,” says Mike.

Mike is working towards his Degree in Information Technology with a Network Administration specialization. His main goal is to complete a master’s degree program.
