Jason Francisco is a critically acclaimed photographer and writer whose work concerns new approaches to documentary practices, and the challenges of visualizing historical memory. Widely exhibited, he is the author of Far from Zion: Jews, Diaspora, Memory (Stanford University Press, 2006). He teaches at Rutgers and at Stanford Universities.
