CompTIA A+ Computer Service Technician Training
The Computer Service Technician Program is designed to
provide the student with the knowledge and skills essential for becoming
a successful computer service technician, and is an excellent foundation
program for other certifications. The training also prepares the
student to take the Sylvan Prometric CompTIA A+ Certification Core and CompTIA A+
OS exam. This two-course program covers hardware and software technologies
and is not related to vendor-specific products. Candidates who complete
this program will be able to demonstrate basic knowledge of configuring,
installing, diagnosing, repairing, upgrading, and maintaining microcomputers
and associated technologies.
