complete all or part of the Accounting Certificate required courses
through the Extended Learning Institute
(ELI), a web based course and/or in the traditional classroom.
Students now
have the option to take a class for the Accounting Career Studies
Certificate
24/7.You can actually fit in the courses when you have time.
The curriculum will provide students with the
accounting courses needed to meet the requirements of the Virginia Board
for Accountancy as preparation to sit for the Certified Public Accounting
(C.P.A.) examination. Most jurisdictions, if not all, require a
baccalaureate degree in addition to other requirements to sit for the

The courses
also serve as a review for the Certified Public Accountants (C.P.A.) exam.
These courses may also meet the accounting
