1. Fill out Pre-Registration Form. (Click Here for Form)



2. All participants new to Northern Virginia Community College must complete the four-page application including the application for Virginia-In-State Tuition Rates. (DO NOT FILL OUT ONLINE APPLICATION, you must submit the application in paper form for proper tuition credit.) Click Here for Application and other forms.



3. If participants are already enrolled at NVCC and have an emplid number (student ID number) and want to enroll in the CASE Project course(s), they should complete only the Registration and Tuition Worksheet. (Click Here for the Worksheets.)
   Students will be given a copy of their worksheet that will serve as their receipt.



4. Completed applications must be submitted to the Communications and Humanities Division (Woodbridge Campus) to the Attention of Patricia Emmons.
