This course builds upon the Homeowner's Association Law Basic class with additional coverage of the association's right to set dues and special assessments, collection of dues/assessments by garnishment sale of personal property, or by lien and foreclosure. Instructor will discuss enforcement of association regulations by daily or one-time fines. |
