ICD-10 Preparation & Basics for the Beginner
 

Get ready! This course focuses on diagnostic and procedural coding for ICD-10. Specific attention to each chapter guidelines will be reviewed through a hands-on approach. Topics include ICD-10 history, code structure, general equivalency mapping guidelines (GEMS) and chapter specific coding. Instruction will be provided by a certified AAPC ICD-10 Trainer. A list of required textbooks will be included in your class confirmation e-mail.
