Project Management Communications

Effective projects require planning, delivery of goods and services, reporting results, and evaluating outcomes. Gathering and sharing information among project stakeholders, particularly the core project team, is the cornerstone of efficient project coordination. You’ll examine communication requirements and strategies specific to each phase of the project life cycle including the project management plan, the communication plan, scope statements, performance appraisals, contract administration, and project performance reports. Through lecture, discussion, case study and role-play, you’ll review and practice communication skills to enhance overall project management.
