This program provides you with project management skills that you can apply immediately to your work situation, helping your organization meet its internal and external challenges. These courses use the latest version of the Project Management Institute's (PMI) Body of Knowledge (PMBOK version 4, 2008). You will gain knowledge of the five basic process groups (Initiating, Planning, Executing, Controlling, and Closing).
