About Workforce Development
A variety of skill based programs are offered to persons already in the health care industry to enhance or maintain employability. There are also courses to prepare persons for entry-level employment in patient care areas for hospitals, long-term care facilities and doctors' offices. For laypersons there are CPR classes and a wide variety of personal improvement and wellness programs offered. Customized and contract programs are available through the Health Care Services Institute.
For more information on any of these offerings please click on Course Listing or feel free to call 703-822-6523 or e-mail cehealth@nvcc.edu.
Please Note: Due to the intensity of all AHA courses, if you are more than 10 minutes late, you will not be able to stay for the class.
