The Loudoun Campus Workforce Development Office has extensive experience conducting needs assessments and designing training programs for business and government clients. Our custom training programs help you meet your goals for improving quality and customer service through enhanced workplace skills.

We rely on the instructional expertise of NOVA’s faculty and many local professionals when designing training specifically for your requirements. Most of the courses we offer, including computer skills training and web development, can be delivered at your site. If you prefer, we can also hold the training sessions at one of our up-to-date computer classroom facilities.

We have offered programs in computer applications, management, supervision, secretarial/clerical skills, ESL and employee development to many area businesses and organizations. Our network of instructors and resources allows us to respond to virtually any type of training request you might have. The cost for courses and programs varies depending on course content, length of training and materials used.
