Spring 2010 - Schedule for Specialty ESL Classes
Specialty ESL Program
These courses allow students to use their developing English language skills in real world situations while focusing on academic readiness, business, or American cultural studies. Books are required for each class and can be purchased from the Loudoun Campus bookstore (LR135).
Some Specialty ESL courses are availabe to F-1 students. F-1 students need to speak with the ESL Coordinator for course selection before registering.
All new students must take the ESL placement test before registering. Students will be placed in appropriate levels of these classes based on the results of the test (an oral interview and a writing sample). See General Admissions for testing schedule.
Important: Starting fall 2009 the ESL classes have new levels! If you took the ESL Placement test before August 2009 check this chart before you register!
