Payment Methods

Non-credit class tuition is not eligible to be paid using a payment plan. Workforce Development Division class fees are to be paid at the time of registration or you must provide proof of guaranteed payment in the form of (original, letterhead, signed) documentation.

Payment

Payment for courses is due at the time of registration. (You aren’t allowed to audit or sit in classes for which you haven’t paid.)  Payment can be made by using your credit card (VISA, MasterCard or American Express) on the Web or by paying with check or cash at the Annandale Campus Business Office in CA 104, Monday - Thursday: 8:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.; Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; Saturday: 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. They can be reached at 703-323-3132.  Also, you can mail a check or money order with your registration form to the CE Office. Cash and check payments made in person will be accepted by the staff in CE 202 when the Business Office is closed.  Cash payments require exact change.

Third Party Payment

If your tuition is being paid by a third party (employer, government agency, foreign embassy, etc.), you must submit one of the following ORIGINAL documents: a letter of authorization or purchase order from the third party with your registration, with the understanding that you accept responsibility for full payment of the tuition if the third party does not pay. These documents can be submitted in person or by mail. All documents or forms must be on company letterhead, otherwise they will not be accepted. You cannot register using one form of payment and switch to third party payment for that class at a later date.

Mail all original documents to:
