Cultural Center Catering Kitchen
Effective January 1, 2002, caterers must have a one (1) million dollar liability certificate of insurance in order to serve any food at the Ernst Community Cultural Center.
Caterer Policy
A copy of this certificate of insurance must be presented to the cultural center staff prior to the event. If you are simply serving cookies and sodas, you will not need this liability certificate.

| Non-Profit Organization: | $60.00 per hour |
| For-Profit Organization: | $90.00 per event |
Note: a kitchen cleaning charge of $180.00 will be added when the kitchen is rented.
