Spaces & Fees
Fees listed below include the room rental and basic room set-up. Media equipment, special set-up and special clean require additional charges. A three-hour minimum payment is required for all rentals, and proof of non-profit status is required.

There is also a $25 non-refundable application fee. Rental and Application fees must be paid in full before the scheduled event.

Parking
There are a number of affordable parking options on campus. There is free four hour street parking (first come, first serve basis). There is a parking lot adjacent to the Engineering building with metered parking. Any other parking arrangements can be made directly through the campus parking, room 189 in the Bisdorf, 703.845.6499.

Food and Beverage
Food and beverages are not allowed in NOVA classrooms. However, special arrangements can be made for light meals/snacks in some rooms. There are vending machines in each building as well as campus cafeteria in the Bisdorf building.

Reservations and Payment
Reservations are only tentative until the campus receives application form and $25 non-refundable application fee. Payment in full is required two weeks prior to the first day of the event in order to hold the reserved space.

College Closing Policy
If the college is closed due to inclement weather, all rentals will be cancelled. College closings are announced on local radio and TV stations as well as on the college web site – www.nvcc.edu. Rentals will also not be available when the college is closed due to holidays.
