FACTS TUITION PAYMENT PLAN
STUDENT NOTIFICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Students must accept the following terms and conditions to qualify
for the FACTS TUITION PAYMENT PLAN.

It is my responsibility as a student using the FACTS tuition
payment plan to notify the Loudoun Campus Business Office
at (703) 450-2562 for any change in my enrollment that affects
my tuition payment plan agreement.

I am responsible for making payments to FACTS according to
the schedule set forth in my contract. FACTS will
not alter the payment schedule. FACTS may terminate its agreement
with me at any time if I am not current on all payments
due.

If I terminate my FACTS agreement, I am personally responsible
for paying any tuition and fees due to NVCC prior
to the tuition payment deadline.

NVCC will not produce a paid receipt for my tuition when
I use the FACTS tuition payment plan. A copy of
my tuition account is available for me on NovaConnect on
NVCC's web
site.

FACTS will transfer my accumulated tuition and fee payments
to NVCC on or about March 15. Refunds of payments
to FACTS due as a result of my timely withdrawal from a class
or
classes will be handled in accordance with normal
NVCC refund policies. Refunds will not be made until after
NVCC
receives payment from FACTS in March. Refunds will
be made by check made out to the student regardless of who
actually
made the payments to FACTS.

If my FACTS contract payments and financial aid for which
I am eligible do not cover the entire cost of my
tuition and fees, I am responsible for making payment for
the remaining
balance immediately and in full.

If I default on my agreement with FACTS and as a result fail
to pay all tuition and fees due to NVCC, a hold
will be placed on my NVCC student account and I will become
ineligible
for any further services from NVCC.
NOTE: Students registering after December 17
must enroll in FACTS before 4 p.m. of the next business
