FACTS TUITION PAYMENT PLAN
STUDENT NOTIFICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I am responsible for notifying the Loudoun campus business
office (703-450-2562) for any change in my enrollment status
so my agreement can be adjusted or terminated.

I will not receive a paid receipt if I pay my
tuition using the FACTS tuition payment plan. I may obtain a
copy of my
account via the Student Information System on the WEB.

If I terminate my FACTS agreement, I must pay
all of my tuition and fees to Northern Virginia Community College
by the
tuition payment deadlines dates.

Payments made to FACTS are not posted to my student
account in SIS until August, 2005. If my FACTS agreement
is in good
standing, the full amount of my agreement will be posted as
a payment to my account. I am responsible for the balance of
payments
to
FACTS. If I have an outstanding balance to NVCC that is not
covered by Financial Aid, I will be responsible for making
immediate
payment in full.

Refunds of payments to FACTS will be handled
in accordance with the normal college refund policies. Refunds
will be in the
form of a check payable to the student, not the responsible party
on the FACTS agreement. This includes payments made by credit
card or Automatic Bank Payment (ACH).

Failure to pay fees owed FACTS, or otherwise
defaulting on my agreement with FACTS, will result in a hold
being placed
on my account, which will deny future services.
NOTE: Students enrolling in FACTS by 4 p.m. (EST) Monday-Friday
are assured of having their class enrollments protected
