Best Virginia College for the Value
Northern Virginia Community College was recently featured on WJLA-TV’s evening broadcast as the most economical state college in Virginia.
Greta Kreuz’s report covered the rising cost of in-state tuition at Virginia colleges and universities, and how NOVA is a clear bargain. More than 65,000 students, representing more than 165 different countries attend NOVA. The College is expanding to meet the needs of their students with 15 building projects underway and two new campuses planned.
Kreuz’s story went on to reveal that NOVA offers a special perk to their students. Graduates are guaranteed admission as juniors at any of Virginia's four-year universities, including UVA, and William and Mary University. Current NOVA students agreed that the College is a great higher education starting point.
