The Counseling Center on each campus supports
and advises students who plan to transfer. The centers and libraries
have a variety of college catalogs, transfer guides, college
directories, specialty books, and computer software to assist
students in all aspects of transfer planning. Counselors are
available both individually and through workshops to help students
use these resources to develop an effective transfer plan. While
each campus has a designated transfer counselor, all counselors
have a working knowledge of the transfer process. Each campus
will also host periodic visits from admissions representatives
from different colleges and every fall will hold a Transfer
Day attended by many schools in the region. You may contact
the Counseling Center at your local campus to meet with a counselor
regarding transfer and to find out about upcoming transfer events.
