Applying for Graduation

1. The deadline to apply for Spring 2008 graduation is March 3, 2008. The college commencement ceremony is held each year at the end of the spring semester.  Students graduating within any semester of that academic year may participate.
   
   
2. Download the Application for Graduation (NOVA 125-64).Make a scheduled appointment with your faculty advisor for a graduation evaluation and take the Graduation Application to this appointment.  Your faculty advisor will evaluate your records, determine your eligibility for graduation and sign your Graduation Application if everything is in order.  Submit the Graduation Application to the Student Services Center on your campus by the deadline. You will be notified if you do not meet graduation requirements.
   
   
3. The application deadline cannot be extended due to the time required for processing graduation applications and ordering diplomas within a scheduled time frame. Applications received after the deadline will be held and processed for the next semester.
