          This course is designed for self-
          directed students who are motivated
          to exercise on their own but want
          personalized training programs,
          nutritional information, and on-going
          guidance from fitness professionals.

          The first 6 sessions will be on
          campus.  Some sessions will be at a
          local driving range or golf course.
          There will be additional costs for
          greens fees, club rental and driving
          range fees.  Students responsible
          for own transportation to off-campus
          sites.
