          This two day program will introduce
          law enforcement professionals to the
          skills techniques and processes used
          for promotion within their profession
          Topics will include resume
          preparation assessment centers,
          interview panels and interview
          techniques.  Students will also have
          the opportunity to participate in a
          mock assessment center which will
          include a writing assignment, leader-
          less group discussion, and panel
          intervew.

          the causes amd effects of workplace
          violence.  The student will also be

          these acts and reasons for their

          security perspective.
