Call Center Hours:

Monday through Thursday: 8:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m
Friday: 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m
Saturday: 9:00 a.m.–Noon

Enrollment:  24 hours a day, 7 days a week | www.nvcc.edu/novaconnect 

Normal College Office Hours:  Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Extended Office Hours During Registration:                         
Monday through Thursday, January 7-10; January 14-17:  8:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Friday, January 11:          8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Saturday, January 12:    10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.*

*Offices open Saturday, January 12 include:  Testing Centers, Student Service Centers (Admissions, Counseling, Financial Aid, Veteran Affairs), Business Offices, Parking and ID Services, Bookstores, IT Services
