Class will meet on the following dates: Sep. 7 - Lecture, 9 AM - 12 noon Sep. 14- Lecture, 9 AM - 12 noon Sep. 22 - Day hike Sep. 28-29 - Overnight backpacking Oct. 12-13 - Overnight backpacking Students must be able to handle the physical rigors of backpacking. Smoking will not be permitted during trips. Students must supply their own transportation. Trip dates dependent on weather conditions.
