          Internet class.  No classroom
          attendance.  Student must have
          Internet access and basic computer
          competency.  Students registered for
          this class need to access the web

          Students who have not submitted at
          least one assignment by the third
          week of class will be withdrawn from
          the course.
          For section 02W, this is a two-
          section that will meet both PED 116
          elective requirements.

          sessions will be on campus.  Some
          sessions will be at a local driving
          range or golf course.  There will
          be additional costs for greens fees,
          club rental and driving range fees.
          Students responsible for own
          transportation to off-campus sites.


PED 183  OUTDOOR ADVENTURES I             2cr

          For section 40W, this is a
          backpacking class.  Class will meet
          on campus May 26 and June 2, 9:00
          am-11:30am and take a day hike June
          9. Two overnight backpacking trips
          will be on June 16-17 and June 23-
          24.  Students must be able to handle
          the physical rigors of backpacking.
          Students must supply own
          transportation.  Trip dates
          dependent on weather.
