College Phone Training

Welcome to the Voice Over IP (VoIP) Instructions and Training site. This site will provide you with an overview, quick reference instructions and training of the Cisco IP Phone 7960 variety of features and how they functionally operate.

The Online Interactive Phone Training Practice workshop is designed using animated, interactive exercises that encourage you to practice using each feature. There are also training materials (i.e.; Cisco 7960 User Guide, NVCC User Training Guide, Quick Reference Instructions, New Terminology and Settings Definitions) that can be printed.

Use this site as a complete workshop that reviews basic through advanced Cisco IP Phone 7960 features or as a resource to locate how to use the feature that you need.
