	"The squeaky wheel gets the oil" is an old saying that has particular relevancy in our mission to raise awareness of the health care worker shortage and to address it for the good of our community. Pundits, public figures, policy makers and other must be educated on the challenge we face, and recruited to support it. We must bring the issue to the mainstream public domain.
