Priority Registration

Because of high demand, registration is conducted by assigned day during the first week of Priority Registration for continuing students.

The following are the Priority Registration dates:

October 31, 2011
November 1, 2011
November 2, 2011
November 3, 2011
November 4, 2011

By the last week of October 2011, you can find out which day you may begin registration by doing the following:

  1. Log into My NOVA (the Student Information System).
  2. Select VCCS SIS89: Student Information System.
  3. Under Self Service, click on the Student Center.
  4. Click on User Preferences under the heading Personal Information and make sure that the Term is 2122 – Spring 2012.
  5. Return to Student Center.
  6. On the right hand side, look in the Enrollment Dates box to see your enrollment appointment date.

NOTE: You cannot change the day you are scheduled to begin. Your registration period starts at
12:01 a.m. on your assigned day and continues through the rest of the Spring 2012 registration period.

Open registration for SP 2012 for all students, new and continuing, begins November 14, 2011.
