Current Issues
- If you are directed to contact a System Administrator, College Registrar, or Central Records Office, you should contact a Student Services Center on one of the campuses.
- If you are having problems saving your roster to an Excel spreadsheet, try the following:
- Click the spreadsheet icon in the blue title bar after the words Customize | Find to export the class roster to an Excel spreadsheet.
- If you get a message box that says you have a pop-up blocker on, follow the directions to turn it off. Select always allow pop-ups from this site.
- If you still cannot download the spreadsheet, hold down the CTRL key while you click on the spreadsheet icon.
- Click Save and Save to My Documents.
- Be sure to check out the NovaConnect support website for faculty. If you click on Faculty and Staff in the top menu bar, you will find the support site for faculty - /novaconnect/index-faculty.htm . The Faculty Center option - /novaconnect/faculty/uselm.htm - has videos and directions for how to do everything you may need to do in NovaConnect.
