The Woodbridge Campus of Northern Virginia Community College will host a storytelling and book signing event with local children’s book author Tasha Fuller on Saturday, Nov. 19 in the NOVA-Woodbridge Gordon M. Cook Library Reading Room from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., 2645 College Drive in Woodbridge.
Inspired to capture the special moments shared with her family, Fuller is the author of three published books, “It’s Bath Time Baby,” “Little Freddie's in a Zone” and “Mommy I want to be a Princess.” The fictional characters in each of her books reflect the personalities, interests and conversations she has experienced as a mother raising her children Aukema, Freddie and Amira. As a Woodbridge resident, her passion to promote positive self-images for children through colorful illustration is displayed in all of her books for parents and young children to enjoy.
This event is free and open to the public. Parking is free after 4 p.m. in any B lot on campus. For additional information on Tasha Fuller’s visit her website.
