The Honorable Thomas M. Davis III will speak on political polarization and its effects on legislation at a forum hosted by the NOVA Institute for Public Service at the Alexandria Campus of Northern Virginia Community College.
Davis is a former Virginia Congressman and Chairman of the House Government Reform Committee. He currently serves as the Director of Federal Government Affairs for Deloitte & Touche LLP.
