Registration is taking place now for an eight-week session that begins on Oct. 17 at Northern Virginia Community College. Students may enroll 24 hours a day at www.nvcc.edu or in person at one of NOVA’s six campuses in Alexandria, Annandale, Loudoun, Manassas, Springfield or Woodbridge.
Courses in the eight-week session cover the same material and award the same credits as semester-long classes. NOVA offers day, evening, weekend and online courses to make it easy for students to schedule classes around work and other responsibilities.
For more flexibility, online courses offered through NOVA’s Extended Learning Institute start at various times throughout the year. The Extended Learning Institute is a nationally recognized leader in distance learning with more than three decades of experience.
NOVA’s in-state tuition is the best educational value in the area and many students qualify for financial aid to help pay tuition and buy books.
