A new 90,000 square foot environmentally friendly Student Services building designed to improve student access opened on the Annandale Campus.
Located on the first floor of this structure also referred to as the CA Building are Admissions and Registration, Counseling, a Testing Center (placement), Financial Aid, Veterans’ Affairs, the International Center, Pathway to the Baccalaureate, Parking and NOVACard Services, the Campus Business Office, the Career and Transfer Center, and a Welcome and Information Desk.
On the second floor you will find the Barnes & Noble Bookstore and a 140 seat café serving Starbucks products. The bookstore is more than three times larger than the old location with expanded hours and services. Student study areas are located throughout the building. The third floor contains the Offices of the Dean of Students and the Campus Business Manager, as well as a 110 seat amphitheater, five 50 seat classrooms and three 35 seat classrooms.
This new building on the Annandale Campus is expected to significantly increase the delivery of services to everyone within the NOVA community.
