Sen. Jim Webb and Virginia Del. David E. Poisson addressed 150 students, faculty and community leaders at the Loudoun Campus of Northern Virginia Community College on Oct. 23. The audience applauded Webb’s GI Bill for veterans and Poisson’s initiative to allow the top 10 percent of Virginia high school graduates to gain automatic admission to Virginia colleges and universities if honorably discharged from military service.
