November 4, 2009

ANNANDALE, Va. – Northern Virginia Community College (NOVA) is pleased to announce the first cohort group of participants in NOVA's Leadership Program, designed to help prepare current NOVA employees for future leadership opportunities.

The NOVA Leadership Program is a six-month leadership development experience for faculty leaders, mid-level managers and senior administrators who want to develop their capacity to serve in more significant leadership positions at NOVA as opportunities become available. The program will prepare participants to understand strategic leadership issues and opportunities facing NOVA, and community colleges in general over the next several years.
