Community Fall Festival Offers Free Job Training Information, Free Shredding and More!

The Alexandria Campus of Northern Virginia Community College (NOVA) will host its Community Fall Festival on Saturday, Oct. 10 from noon to 5 p.m. This year, the Community Fall Festival will provide the public with free job training, employment and career development information, as well as free shredding to dispose of documents safely (up to three boxes per car). Other activities will include:
- Free computer clean-up clinic
- Car show
- Raffle with great prizes
- Information on community resources
- Live entertainment featuring NOVA Idol winners, the NOVA Jazz Ensemble, the HeeBeeGeeBees DC Band, and Dancensations Youth Dance Team and Gymnastics Team
- Free vendors and activities for children
