Ribbon cutting and dedication ceremony at NOVA-Alexandria September 17 at 2 p.m.

A ribbon cutting and dedication ceremony will be held on Sept. 17 at 2 p.m. for Phase III of the Bisdorf building at the Alexandria Campus of Northern Virginia Community College, 3001 North Beauregard Street. Invited guests include Virginia Sen. Patricia Ticer, Alexandria Mayor William D. Euille, and other state and local representatives. A reception will follow the ceremony, which is free and open to the public.
The four-level, 75,000-square-foot addition houses a new student services center comprised of the offices students use most often. The new space also contains 12 additional classrooms, eight labs, eight office suites and a 150-seat lecture hall.
