Alex Harris will discuss photography on Feb. 21 at 7 p.m. in the theater at the Woodbridge Campus of Northern Virginia Community College. Harris is known for his photographs of Alaska, the American southwest and Cuba. The lecture is part of the NOVA photography program’s documentary project, “The New Northern Virginia.”
