NOVA at NAFSA: The Association of International Educators
June 17, 2008

NOVA had a significant presence at the recent Annual Conference of NAFSA: The Association of International Educators held May 25 to 30 in Washington, D.C. This year’s event commemorated the association’s 60th anniversary. More than a dozen NOVA faculty and staff attended workshops and sessions, and President Robert G. Templin, Jr. was the keynote speaker at the Two-Year Institution Luncheon. NOVA also maintained an exhibition booth, the first time a community college had done so, with a display designed by Ana Alonso (AN), Spanish faculty.
