Northern Virginia Community College’s Commencement

What

• Northern Virginia Community College will hold its 43rd annual Commencement on May 12 at 7 p.m.
• Approximately 3,300 students are eligible to graduate this year.
• Sharon Bulova will deliver the keynote address. Bulova is chairman of the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors and a NOVA graduate.

When

• The ceremony begins at 7 p.m.
• Graduates will line up for the academic procession at 6 p.m. in Lot A on the south side of the Patriot Center (weather permitting).

Where

• Patriot Center at George Mason University
• Members of the media are allowed on the floor of the Patriot Center (with appropriate identification).
