BOMB THREAT
Once notification of a Bomb Threat has been made to the College Police, they will determine the course of action to be taken. For security reasons these will not be disclosed on this website. However, College Police may ask that faculty and staff search the respective office spaces, classrooms, etc. for any item or items that are not ordinary. If this search is requested, please observe the following guidelines:
If you receive a threatening call:
• Notify College Police at 6-6677 on a college phone immediately.
• Do not use Cellular Phones or Two Way radios.
• Notify your supervisor.
• Do NOT activate the fire alarm system to evacuate.
• Meet with and assist College Police personnel.
• Employees may be asked to search there respective workspaces for any item out of the ordinary, this search should include but not be limited to drawers, closets, offices, etc.
• Evacuate building, as directed.
• Do not re-enter building until cleared by authorized personnel.
