Labor Rates

Custodial Services:*	$27.50 per every 3 hours
Service Personnel:*	$33.00 per hour
Security Officer:	$44.00 per hour per officer
Specialized Technician:*	$38.00 per hour
Administrative Fee:	$25.00 per contract (non-refundable)

*Custodial services, service personnel and specialized technician expenses are computed based on the number of College personnel required, the scope of the project, the timing of the event, and its relationship to other events scheduled for the same site. Rates are subject to change.

Parking Rate

There is a five-level parking garage adjacent to the Medical Education Campus. Visitors’ parking is located on the first floor.

Events at the MEC: Parking rate is negotiable depending on the day or time of year.

Visitors: The cost to park is $1.00 per hour, up to $8 per day. Please pay all parking fees to the cashier upon exiting the garage.
