Instructor Referred Make-up Exams

Students referred to the Testing Center to take make-up or independent study exams must make arrangements with their instructor in advance for a test in the Testing Center. Please remember the following:

• Know your course title, course number and instructor's last name.

• Bring a blank scantron (if required) for your test. If you do not have a scantron, you will be charged 25 cents for one.

• You must have a valid photo I.D. with you.

All tests must be started at least 90 minutes before closing and all tests are collected 15 minutes prior to closing.
