Dr. Molly Lynch earned her Ph. D. in Social Psychology from The Ohio State University. Prior to coming to NOVA, she taught at the University of Texas, San Antonio and also worked as a Research Associate at the Vanderbilt Institute of Public Policy Studies performing program evaluation on homeless programs. She currently teaches both Web-based and classroom-based courses. Her professional interests include self-doubt, attitudes, and student incivility in the classroom.

Mary Ann Schmitt earned her M.A. in Psychological Services from The Catholic University of America in Washington D.C. She spent several years working in a variety of direct service programs before beginning her teaching career. Her experience includes work with Hospice care, spouse abuse, drug and alcohol abuse, and community mental health. Mary Ann resides in Manassas, VA with her husband, two children, two dogs, and two cats. In addition to keeping up with her family and career, she enjoys reading and traveling.

Dr. Mocha Dyrud earned her Ph.D. in Clicial Psychology from Suffolk University in Boston, MA. She completed her internship at the University of New Hampshire Counseling Center. Her professional interests include developmental psychology, therapeutic conflict and power, and parenting issues.
