The Business Office is located in Rm. 312 of Howsmon Hall.  You can reach the Business Office at 703-257-6625 or by  FAX at  703-257-9296.

Our regular hours of operation are:

Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00  PM

Saturday & Sunday: CLOSED

After Hours Payments:     For your convenience, a drop box is located near the door of the Business Office for after-hours payments. Please do not place cash in the drop box. Checks should include the student's EMPLID#  and daytime telephone number. Checks should be made payable to NVCC.

Responsibilities and Services:    The Business Office is responsible for receiving tuition payments and posting them to the students' records.  They are responsible for depositing both state and local funds, forwarding agency and employer contract information to the proper campus for invoicing, and depositing scholarship checks and financial aid repayments. The Business Office is also responsible for reconciling the web and telephone payments and researching refund and payment problems.
