Parking at the Manassas Campus is strictly enforced 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by the Campus Police and Parking Services.
QUICK TIPS FOR PARKING AT NVCC:
The "B" parking lots are for STUDENTS. Parking permits are required for student parking lots. Permits cost $65.00 per semester and may be purchased at the Parking Office in Rm. 309 of Howsmon Hall or on the web at http://parking.nvcc.edu
The "A" parking lot is for FACULTY/STAFF only.
Continuing Education Students may purchase a semester permit, purchase a hangtag at $6 a day, or use a parking meter.
HANDICAPPED PARKING and METERS are located in both "A" and "B" parking lots. Meters are 75¢ per hour and can be used up to 12 hours at a time. VISITORS must use the parking meters or purchase a hang-tag from the Parking Office.
If you are driving a different vehicle to campus and you have a valid parking permit, you are entitled to a FREE visitor's pass. Please contact the Parking Office for details.

Students attending classes under the Senior Citizen Program may obtain a student permit at no charge by presenting the Senior Citizen registration form to Parking Services after the first day of class.
If you receive a parking citation (ticket), please read the back of the citation and the information printed on the yellow envelope for detailed instructions on how to pay or appeal the citation. The Traffic Appeals Committee will hear only those cases in which the appellant disputes the facts of the citation, and will not hear appeals which merely explain why a violation occurred. Remember! Your appeal must be submitted within 15 days of the date on which the ticket was issued.
