MATH FOR ALLIED HEALTH
|
Prerequisites are a
satisfactory score on an appropriate proficiency examination and one
unit of high school mathematics. Presents scientific notation, precision
and accuracy, decimals and percents, ratio and proportion, variation,
simple equations, techniques of graphing, use of charts and tables,
logarithms, and the metric system. Lecture 2 hours per week.
